FrenetiCore’s annual summer fundraiser is back, but with a dystopian twist! FrenetiCore presents the Fifth Annual Apocalypse Ball: Mad Max Edition on September 10 at the Pilot on Navigation. The East End’s favorite arts organization has weathered catastrophes of all sci-fi/horror varieties, from zombie invasions to steam-punk cataclysms to Prohibition-era mayhem. Now FrenetiCore pays homage to one of the greatest cinematic franchises of all time with a Mad Max-themed bash of epic proportions.

Date:
September 10
Time: 8 p.m.
Location: The Pilot on Navigation, 5102 Navigation Blvd
Cost: Presale – $25 general, $50 VIP presale, $35 general, $60 VIP at-the-door

For more information visit www.freneticore.net.

Join us at the newly minted Pilot on Navigation (formerly Frenetic Theater) for an evening of performances, desert-dweller grub, and booze. The evening will feature a new dystopian-themed set by FrenetiCore Dance, explosive fire performance by Holding Space Dance Collective, and live music by Houston-based band the Space Aliens.

General admission tickets include access to the party and food table; VIPs are treated to an all-night open bar! Come have your fortune told, enjoy speakeasy burlesque, and try your hand at Max Max trivia for some FrenetiCore swag. And don’t forget to warm-up for Halloween with a killer costume in the vein of Rockatansky, Imperator Furiosa, Aunty Entity, Jebediah the Pilot, Jessie Rockatansky, the Toecutter, Johnny the Boy, and Nux!
