Seeking Men and Women for 2019-2020 Inaugural Season

APRIL 29, 2019: HOUSTON, TEXAS – Vitacca Dance Artistic Director and Founder Kelly Ann Vitacca is pleased to launch a new professional program, Vitacca Ballet, based in the Montrose section of Houston, Texas.  On Sunday, May 5th at 2:00 PM an audition will be held at Vitacca Dance School Montrose (2311 Dunlavy) and video auditions are accepted through May 5th.  Vitacca Ballet is currently seeking men and women for the 2019-2020 inaugural season. The company is uniquely designed for dancers seeking additional mentorship, training and professional performance opportunities post-high school. Vitacca Ballet aims to support dancers entering the job market by cultivating the technical training, experience and artistry required for a successful career. Vitacca Ballet is designed for the dancer that wants to grow technically and artistically, seeking to perform professional repertoire and build their resume for future employment.”

Vitacca Ballet Details

• 38 Week Contract, Start: August 2019
• Training, Rehearsal Schedule: Monday- Friday 9:00-2:30pm
• Annual training dues
• Scholarship opportunities available
• Dancers receive performance stipends per performance
• Scholarship invitations to all 2019 Vitacca Summer Intensives
• Only 10 dancers accepted per season

Vitacca Ballet Audition Information

Seeking Men and Women (ages 18-23 with their high school diploma) for Vitacca Ballet’s 2019-2020 season. Training Dues apply. Performance Stipend Offered.  Audition registration and information at www.vitacca.org; Fee $20. (Video Submissions: Due July 31, 2019 to admin@vitacca.org.)
