Houston, Texas—Since their debut in 2012, Sonkiss’d Dance Theater has drawn the attention of diverse audiences by collaborating with some of the top dance teams in Houston such as Urban Souls, Dance Houston and Project Dance. November 22nd, 23rd and 24th Sonkiss’d Dance Theater will unveil their most recent collaboration with Houston ARTreach in a premiere performance titled “INTIME.” produced by Christopher (YungChris) Thomas.

This is will be a hands on face to face intimate and inspiring experience between the audience and performers through contemporary and street dance, live painting, live music and spoken word. The premiere will be hosted at Houston ArtReach 1930 Scott Street Houston Tx 77003. Doors open at 7pm for a pre‐event mixer with show time 8PM. Tickets are $18 and available online at www.sonkissd.com.

Proceeds from the premiere will benefit Houston ARTreach and programs serving children at risk.

Performance date: Friday, Saturday, Sunday Nov.22‐23
Friday and Saturday Doors open 7pm for the pre‐show mixer, showtime is at 8:00pm
Sunday Doors open at 5pm for the pre‐show mixer, showtime is at 6:00pm

About the Artistic Director/Choreographer
Christopher (YungChris) Thomas
Born and raised in Houston, Texas, Chris has spread his wings across the world through dance. Performing as “YungChris INTERNATIONAL,” he has taught and performed in dozens of countries including Lebanon, Syria and Palestine, Nepal, Kyrgyzstan and Mexico.

His training includes styles of dance such as African traditional, jazz, and all style of Street Dance such as Hip Hop, Locking, B‐boying and House. This versatility lends a unique edge to his style as a teacher, choreographer and performer. He has toured as a performer for Houston‐based international cultural engagement organization American Voices since 2007. His recent performances and choreographies at the YES, Youth Excellence on Stage, Academies in Lebanon and Syria won the accolades of both the local media and the public.

About ARTreach‐ is a 501 c 3 non‐profit that brings the arts to children at risk and others in need. ARTreach was
selected to benefit through proceeds raised at this event. A portion of the proceeds will benefit the organization
